Property Management Survey

Every year we ask our Florida newsletter subscribers for their opinion of their Florida villa management company and their satisfaction with the way their florida properties have been managed. In 2005 for the first time we asked our owners to rate their property management company in five new areas: Communication, Response to Problems, Fees, General Maintenance and the Cleanliness/Presentation of the house. Based on these scores, combined with an overall rating we have compiled a list of the "Top 10 Management Companies Overall".

As part of the survey we also ask for vital information regarding the running of their Florida vacation villa. Information such as: how much they spend on advertising their Florida vacation home; a comparison of rental weeks acheived from budget spent; how much their average utility bills are; what are their current rental rates and will they be increasing them next year? How much does an average owner pay in property taxes or homeowner insurance premiums? This information is subdivided into regions and the number of bedrooms of a property to allow a truer comparison to your own property and situation. This can give the villa owner a valuable window to other owners experiences.

The results are published as a free 11 page supplement that is mailed with our June issue to all subscribers. All new subscribers receive the current survey absolutely free of charge.
